Pope Francis could be set to visit Ireland.
It's been revealed that the pontiff has been visited to Dublin in 2018 during the 'World Meeting of Families'.
The 2018 event is the ninth such event; the sitting Pope has attended most, though not all, of the previous eight.
If he accepts the invitation it would be the first visit by a pope since John Paul the Second in 1979.
The invitation was revealed by Enda Kenny, who says the government would be happy to receive him:
