So, this week has been taken over by talk about Beyonce’s new album Lemonade which basically spells out that Jay Z was unfaithful. But since she kicked off her tour and controversially dedicated songs to her ‘darling husband’ who she loves dearly, she has angered fans who have accused her of cashing in on the cheating claims. Now, I have listened to Lemonade in full and there’s no doubt that the message is there, it’s every second line! And it definitely feels real to me. Each song basically deals with a different emotion – anger, denial but towards the end of the album, the emotions change to hope and reconciliation so I definitely think the claims are true but that they’ve patched things up.
Robbie Williams has famously battled addictions during his career but he developed a new bad habit which he is a bit worried about- sleep eating. He tweeted yesterday that he’d gone for a ramble in his sleep, walked to the fridge, prepared a tasty treat and went back to bed. He only found out about it the next day! The question on everyone’s lips was….what did he eat? Cold macaroni and cheese and cookies dipped in peanut butter. That could get dangerous….
If you are a football fan (or even if you aren’t) you’ll know about the runaway success of Leicester Football Club who went from being complete underdogs to one win away from the Premier League. A while back, manager Claudio Ranieri revealed that he played Kasabian hits in the dressing room to rile the lads up and being the huge Leicester FC fans that they are, the band were absolutely made up. So much so, that they’d decided to have a big party to celebrate the amazing season that Leicester have had by holding a HUGE gig in the King Power Stadium. The band reckon that whether Leicster win or lose at this stage, they want to celebrate how great it’s been for the city.
So, when you know when you first seeing someone, you bring out the big guns, you’re are charming, funny, you hold back all the bad habits – basically you’re trying to impress! Well, Rod Stewart has a funny idea of what impressing someone is because his wife Penny Lancaster has revealed that when they were first seeing each other, Rod used to lick her toes.
