As the ancient proverb says, if people were meant to pop out of bed we would all sleep in toasters!

So each morning between 5-7am, I will offer a helping hand to lead you blinking into the day with an early morning care package filled with good stuff like…;

  • My trademark choice of great tunes - forget relying on the shrieking banshee that is your alarm clock to get you up and addem each early morning and let a freshly ground brew of anything from Bruce to Bell X1, Josh Ritter to Jay Z clean the sleep out of your ears.
  • Blissfully untaxing competitions  - cars and exotic holidays?  I have an even better idea. What about adding to your CD or DVD collection with the best in brand new releases and tickets to the most sought after gigs in Ireland. Listen out for some funusual ways to start the day on a winning note.
  • Read all about it!  I will be the first to take a quick and lighthearted look at all the morning headlines and keep you in the know with all the important and bizarre from the world each morning.
