A group exhibition of new painting, photography and illustration at the Light House cinema, Smithfield in Dublin, for the month of October, as a tribute to the life and films of director Stanley Kubrick.
Kubrick, who died ten years ago, made films like Paths of Glory, 2001 A Space Odyssey, Clockwork Orange, Barry Lyndon and The Shining. He was one of the greatest filmmakers of all time and a master of creating unforgettable images.
25 new works from Irish and international artists, including Chris Judge, Joby Hickey, David Turpin, David Cleary, Annie Atkins, Mike Ahern, Cliona O Flaherty and graffiti artists Maser and 2Cents.
The exhibition has a specially commissioned poster from Uruguayan artist Martin Ansin.
Admission is free; anyone visiting the Light House cinema in October can see it.
