On Sunday 18th October 2009, 30 Irish volunteers ran various marathons in Amsterdam to raise funds for Special Olympics Ireland. The Breakfast Show was there to cheer them on and we reported back on Monday's show when we broadcast live from Amsterdam. Most ran the Half Marathon, although a couple of brave souls took on the full Marathon and a couple participated in the 7.5K.
