Could a similarity be drawn between Ted and Dougal's protest against The Passion of St Tibulus and the controversy that has erupted over the hanging of two nude portraits of the Taoiseach Brian Cowen in the National Gallery?
The 34-year-old artist was questioned for two hours yesterday in Pearse Street Garda Station about the prank.
It is understood that the artist may be prosecuted for alleged criminal damage arising from the hammering of a nail into the gallery wall.
