Eoghan's Biog

Eoghan Doherty was made in Derry many years ago by two people who, thankfully enough, also happened to be his parents. He is not Eoghan Quigg and he is not Eoghan from those Donegal Catch ads so just back off.

Although it’s mental to think that he had any sort of life before The Ray Foley Show, Eoghan in fact did. A graduate of UCD, he is an unbelievable oboe player and is available for weddings, children’s parties, Bar Mitzvahs, spring-cleaning and dog-walking – all activities which demand a high standard of oboe performance. This is not a joke.

Eoghan also likes judging people, writing proverbs and is addicted to hyphen-inserting.

His radio career kicked off when he dialled The Ray Foley Show job hotline and somehow convinced the team to let him go to things they couldn’t be bothered to go to themselves. Eoghan, obviously on a high from this news, subsequently put his entire showbiz career in serious jeopardy by booking flights to sunny Australia the very next week.

All’s well that ends well though because he’s back now and he’s ready to give you an opinion that’s far better than your own.
