This is it! After 37 Barclays Premier League games, it all comes down to this. Challengers Manchester City lead Champions Manchester United on goal difference at the top of the table, so this Sunday, the title will be on the line, and Today FM is the only place to hear the drama.
City's goal difference over United is plus 8, so a win over QPR will be enough to give the Blue half of Manchester their first league title since 1968. United for their part are away to Sunderland, and will be hoping to capitalise on any nerves displayed by their neighbours.
The intrigue intensifies with the realisation that QPR are not safe. Their manager Mark Hughes was unceremoniously removed from his position at Manchester City before the arrival of Roberto Mancini, and Rangers know that they will be relegated if they lose and Bolton Wanderers win at Stoke. Add to that the fact that Hughes is a United legend, and QPR won't lack motivation, given a point will be enough for them.
Ron Jones and Mick Martin will provide live and exclusive commentary of Manchester City v QPR from the Etihad Stadium at 3pm. As always, presenter Michael McMullan will build up to kick off in the company of resident expert Mark Lawrenson from 2pm, as we prepare for the day's action with interviews and team news.
And with relegation and European qualification to be resolved, you'll be up to date as soon as there is a goal, a sending off, or a penalty kick as we cover all 10 matches on what is always a rollercoaster ride for everyone involved.
In the first hour of this week's show, we'll air an exclusive interview with Republic of Ireland international midfielder Keith Andrews as we conclude our build up to Euro 2012.
Finally, as well as bringing you the trophy presentation from either the Etihad Stadium or the Stadium of Light, Michael and Mick will take your calls and texts live on air for the final time this season from 5pm until 6pm.
You can text us on 53102 at the standard rate - To go live on air, call us from 4.30pm on 1850 715 100.
