Ireland Matches will be free to air

The media business is regarded in most quarters as 'dog eat dog' at the best of times, not to mind in a recession. No surprise then that Irish commercial (and free to air) broadcaster TV3 was celebrating a broadcasting coup with the announcement that Irish fans will have to tune into them to watch the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

The announcement made at a press conference in Dublin attended by none other than Leinster and Ireland star Sean O'Brien.

The Tullow tank shared his views on punditry, rehab and farming here.

No hiding the delight of TV3 CEO David McRedmond

Heres the man doling out the gigs!
