Tech That's Great For You

Technology is often blamed for being part of the noise of modern day life and headlines tell us how bad technology is for our health, but that’s just one side of the coin. If enjoyed in moderation, technology can help to boost your wellbeing.

Fresh from presenting at the Wired Digital Health conference last Friday Irish company Galvanic Ltd has created The Pipp. This fob like structure is a biosensor which, together with its accompanying Apps lets you measure, understand and learn to manage stress through games.

The Digipill is a popular app. Described as the No.1 Health and Fitness app it uses psychoacoustics to allow you to unlock your subconscious and change your perception. The app appears like an online pharmacy that dispenses audio pills for different ailments. It claims to reduce stress, help fatigue and get you motivated by simple plugging in and tuning out. The voice you will hear for each pill is of the content Creator Brian Colbert
