This year he's getting really high!

Last year he unicycled 32km for Dare To care but this year he's going higher...much higher! Muireann spoke to Mick Keating in Wicklow about his challenge for D2C.

Mick is a long time supporter of Shave or Dye and took part in Dare to Care 2016.

Last year, he took on the dare of learning how to unicycle from scratch and once that was mastered, he travelled 31.5 km of the Westmeath Greenway on the unicycle.

This year, his dare is to take on Carrauntoohil on 7th October.

IT'S HIGH. LIKE 3,406 FEET HIGH.

Thankfully, there'll be no unicycles involved! (although he thought about it!)

He’s doing it with 3 friends – Jamie, Shane and Dan.

There's talk of ball gowns and afternoon tea once they get to the top!

HE WANTS TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY LOCAL GUIDES WHO’D GIVE THEM SOME ADVICE.

If you are a local guide please just email daretocare@todayfm.com
