Gardaí have charged a man in connection with the murder 56-year-old Dermot Byrne in Swords, Co Dublin.
The father of three was found fatally injured on North Street in the town early on Sunday morning.
Gardaí arrested a 29-year-old man in the Dublin area today.
He's due to appear in court at the Criminal Courts of Justice tomorrow.
