If you're heading out on the roads today you're being warned to give yourself extra time for your journey.
There have been scattered snow showers across the country, with more expected to follow.
There's a status yellow snow and ice warning in place until tomorrow and roads are icy in some parts, especially in sheltered areas.

AA Roadwatch is advising people to fully de-ice their cars before setting out and to keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
It says gentle manouveres are the key to safe driving and is reminding people that stopping distances are ten times longer in ice and snow.
