It's emerged that modular homes being built to alleviate the homelessness crisis in Dublin - will end up costing taxpayers nearly a quarter of a million euro.
The temporary buildings are under construction in Ballymun - with a further four developments in the pipeline.
When announced by the Environment Minister, they were priced at 100 thousand euro, but they've actually cost more than 240 thousand.
