Not everyone is an entrepreneur

I think that we can all appreciate that s Start-up is not easy, It is a lot of hard work, with a lot of uncertainty.

For Business woman Ollwyn Moran she can relate to the stress and sleepless nights endured while working at an early-stage company.

She believes that it takes a unique makeup for someone to want to do startups or take their dream to the next level. It also takes a special makeup to succeed in the startup game and it’s a tough road between idea and the marketplace.

And, when the product starts to take off you need to recruit carefully, the potential recruit would be wise to be cautious. There’s a possibility they may not get paid, most startups will fail, everything can change very quickly and your list of duties could be lengthy.

Ollwyn had the idea for Creeper Crawlers a long time ago but due to a marriage breakdown, a full time teaching post and masters she had a lot more riding on her shoulders than most.

But, thankfully for Ollwym and her team(of two and a half)it all paid off and she clearly knows what she’s talking about she now

  • retails in 14 countries- and about to launch in China, Spain and Germany
  • has Increased sales 250% on last year and has just signed a deal with mother care and
  • Currently in talks with US multinationals
