Around 1 in 5 women reported that they have been sexually harassed in the workplace, a new survey has revealed.

The Matrix Workplace Equality Survey also shows half of women have experienced workplace discrimination.

Around 1 in 5 women reported that they have been sexually harassed in the workplace.

Meanwhile, just over a quarter of women said they knew of a colleague, who worked in the same role and had the same level of experience, who was earning a greater salary than them.

44% of women said they also had to tolerate sexist jokes and comments.
