Around 1 in 5 women reported that they have been sexually harassed in the workplace, a new survey has revealed.
The Matrix Workplace Equality Survey also shows half of women have experienced workplace discrimination.

Meanwhile, just over a quarter of women said they knew of a colleague, who worked in the same role and had the same level of experience, who was earning a greater salary than them.

The overwhelming majority (69%) of women felt there is a clear glass ceiling when it comes to career progression in Ireland.
44% of women said they also had to tolerate sexist jokes and comments.
