US news network CNN has revealed it's filing a lawsuit against the Trump administration.
The news provider says it's doing so following the recent treatment it's Chief White House Correspondent Jim Acosta.
Mr Acosta's press credentials were revoked following a heated exchange between himself and President Trump.
CNN has argued that this violates both his and the companies first amendment right to freedom of the press and their fifth amendment right to due process.
