Dublin's First Co-Living Residence Opens In City Centre

The head of Dublin’s first co-living residence says the concept is one of a number of solutions to the housing crisis.

Node on Fitzwilliam Square is a 51 bed property made up of two and three bedroom apartments, and aims to create ‘a new type of living experience’.

The property, described as 'Instagram ready' is fully furnished and 'smart tech' enabled. All bills are included in the rent with residents advised to just 'arrive with a suitcase.'

Node also aims to make it more affordable to live in sought after areas of the city and CEO Anil Khera says they're willing to engage with the government over the housing crisis.
