Daniel O'Donnell fans are being warned of a fraudster impersonating him on WhatsApp.
The person is asking for bogus charity donations, in a bid to extort money from them.
The country singer's management company KCP says its contacted all fan club members about the scam.
They're still monitoring the situation - but believe no one was conned.
A statement warning of the scam has also published been in the Daniel O'Donnell fan club magazine.

It reads: "Anyone who gets a message from this 'rogue Daniel' needs to report it immediately through WhatsApp'.
Mr O'Donnell is currently on a US tour.
