The jury in the trial of a man accused of murdering his baby son in Co Mayo has been discharged.
40-year-old John Tighe of Lavallyroe in Ballyhaunis denies murdering his six-month-old son Joshua at his home in June 2013.
Two of the jurors could not serve, so a new jury had to be sworn in this morning.
The case is now starting again this afternoon.
