More Irish People Die From Skin Cancer Than Spanish

More Irish people die from skin cancer than Spanish or Italian people.

A report by the National Cancer Registry has revealed that, on average, 159 people die every year from the most serious form of skin cancer - Melanoma.

According to the Irish Independent, 11-thousand cases of skin cancer are diagnosed every year, with 1-thousand of these being Melanoma.
