Some residents are angry

The Rolling Stones have been given the green light to play Croke Park.

Dublin City Council has granted the rock and roll legends a license to play on May 17th.

It's part of the band's 'No Filter' world tour, and tickets go on sale on Friday.

It will be the 4th concert to take place at the stadium this year.

That's left some local residents pretty unhappy.

That's because the council had promised it would limit big gigs to three per year.

Already the venue's hosting two Taylor Swift concerts in June and a third by Michael Bublé in July.
