Two men were arrested after the drugs were uncovered

A 30-year-old man has been charged in connection with a drugs seizure in Dublin earlier this week.

The man was arrested on Thursday and is due in court at 4:30pm.

Last Thursday at around 7.30pm two cars were stopped in the Ronanstown area and searched.

Cocaine was found and two males - aged 30 and 26 - were arrested.

Follow up searches revealed significant quantities of cocaine, cannabis, ketamine and drug trafficking paraphernalia, with an estimated value of €1.4m euro.

The 26-year-old male was charged yesterday and has already appeared in court.
