Britain has committed to include legal text in an EU withdrawal agreement on the back stop solution to the Irish border.
Most of the draft treaty surrounding Brexit has now been agreed - but the EU's chief Brexit negotiator says it is not the end of the road.
Michel Barnier says they've reached a deal on citizen's rights and a financial settlement.
However issues remain about the border.
