In the US, three people have died in a shooting at a hospital in Chicago - including two employees and a police officer.
It started outside with an argument in a car park at Chicago's Mercy Hospital at around 3:30pm local time on Monday, before it moved into the building.
Authorities said one of the two women killed was previously in a domestic relationship with the suspected gunman, who's also dead.
City officials named the police officer killed as Samuel Jimenez, a father of three.

Mayor Rahm Emanuel has paid tribute to the fallen officer and says it's a sad day for the city.
He said: "This tears at the soul of our city. It is the face and the consequence of evil."
Chicago’s Superintendent of Police Eddie Johnson added that police officers at the scene saved "a lot of lives... because this guy was just shooting".
