Doctor reveals president is overweight and needs to diet

Donald Trump's first physical as President has found he's in 'excellent health'.

But Mr Trump has been advised to go on a low-fat diet.

He weighs just over 17 stone - three pounds heavier than he was in September 2016.

White House Doctor Ronny Jackson says he expects him to complete his term with no medical issues.

His cognitive tests - which checked for things like dementia - were also normal.
