Wildfires raging in Portugal and north-western Spain have killed at least 39 people.
Around 100 separate fires are burning across the region.
Portugal's government has asked for international help, and declared a state of emergency across the northern half of the country.
Dozens of others have been injured.
Yesterday, Storm Ophelia is said to have worsened conditions as strong winds from the powerful former hurricane helped spread the flames.
Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy blamed arsonists for starting the fires as he visited one affected area yesterday.
He said authorities are dealing with "something that has not been caused by accident".
He suggested that "it's impossible for this to be triggered under natural circumstances".
