For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness- that's a fact

One of quotes that stand out for me in the is 2006 biographical film "The Pursuits of Happiness” is that “maybe happiness is something that we can only pursue and maybe we can actually never have it”. The film, starring Will Smith, is based on Chris Gardner's struggle with homelessness while simply trying to make ends meat for his family.

But, of course we now know that happiness isn’t simply a destination, rather a journey and we need to work at it and staying the moment and looking at new ways to reconnect with the things that make us happy. And ofcourse when you’re happy in your personal life it will undoubtedly translate into you working life also and, from a business perspective, add to the bottom line.
