The Candystripes have paid tribute to past stars in a promotional video ahead of the visit of Dundalk,

Derry City will play their first home game at the Brandywell since 2016 this Friday when they host Dundalk in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.

Kenny Shiels' side have been made Maginn Park in Buncrana their temporary home during the £7million re-development work at the Brandywell - including a new 955 seater stand, the laying of a new synthetic turf pitch and installation of a dog track.

The club have today released a poignant promotional video remembering their late captain Ryan McBride and the club's record goalscorer Mark Farren, for whom a stand has been named in his memory.

It also features footage of Republic of Ireland winger James McClean during his time at the club.
