Premier League Live with Sky Sports is back on Today FM this weekend for a 20th season.
We’re kicking off our coverage with champions Chelsea, who start the defence of their title with a home game against Burnley.
Antonio Conte guided Chelsea to the title in his first season in charge but it appears all is not well at Stamford Bridge. The Italian is planning without Diego Costa, Eden Hazard is out injured and Conte wasn’t too happy to lose Nemanja Matic to Manchester United.
Burnley signed Jon Walters from Stoke during the summer to add to their Republic of Ireland contingent of Robbie Brady, Jeff Hendrick, Kevin Long and Stephen Ward. Burnley won just one away game in the league last season.
Ron Jones and Brian Kerr will be in the commentary box at Stamford Bridge.
We’ll also look ahead to the season with former European Cup winner Mark Lawrenson and in the last hour of the show there will be an interview with former Republic of Ireland international Jason McAteer, who will look back on the day he made his first appearance in the green jersey in 1994.
