The former Manchester United captain reflects on his time at Old Trafford

This week's guest in the Boot Room on Premier League Live with Sky Sports was Bryan Robson. The former Manchester United captain spoke to Phil Egan about his time at Old Trafford which started in 1981.

Robson followed Ron Atkinson from West Brom to United for a fee of £1.5 million and won the FA Cup twice before the arrival of Alex Ferguson in 1986. Robson's third FA Cup success at the club came in 1990 and the following year United won the European Cup Winners Cup.

Robson talks about how there was a sense the best was still to come and United ended a 26 year wait for a top flight league title in 1993, a year after they were pipped to the title by Leeds United.

Robson remembers the day United came from behind against Sheffield Wednesday in April 1993 to move one step closer to the Premier League title. You'll hear that moment described brilliantly by the late Tom Tyrrell, who commentated on the game before he joined Premier League Live on Today FM.
