Don't Launch Your Clothing Range Before The Liverpool Game!

Confession. I Love Roy Keane. Agree with him or disagree with him, intentionally or not he's great craic.

The Corkman was on tv duty on the day when Xherdan Shaqiri came off the bench to inspire Liverpool to a 3-1 victory over a lacklustre Manchester United that took them back to the top of the Premier League.

The latest issue that the former United great has?

We are told that JLINGZ x Be Yourself is the official, exclusive collection by Jesse Lingard. Taken by inspiration from the streetwear scene and contemporary fashion to reflect his own style.

In his mid 20's Lingard obviously wants to make hay while he is playing with one of the worlds biggest clubs.

But both Roy Keane and Gary Neville criticised  Lingard’s decision to launch his clothing range in the week before Manchester United’s Premier League clash with Liverpool.

Even if Lingard was aware of the displeasure of some of the clubs former players the brand slogan of his clothing line is apt.

'Be Afraid And Do It Anyway.

The United squad were out in full force for the launch of Lingard’s ‘JLingz’ fashion label, with the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba and Luke Shaw spotted at the venue.

But Old Trafford legend Neville felt the event was poorly timed, just a few days before the trip to Anfield, while Keane says it hints at a poor dressing room environment.

Judging by the social media response many agree with the Corkman.

The tweet favorited by former Kilkenny All Ireland winner Eddie Brennan, something which drew the following reaction which its hard to argue with, especially if you're on 100k a week!
