And other showbiz

It’s official! Olly Murs is joining The Voice! Some are saying it's a controversial move, as he rose to fame on X Factor, and then presented X Factor with Caroline Flack a few years ago (less said about that the better) – and now he is taking over from Gavin Rossdale who has been booted from the judging panel on rival TV show The Voice. He’ll join Tom Jones, will.i.am. and Jennifer Hudson to look for the next big thing on BBC in 2018.

Baz and Nancy are back for a Christmas special on RTE! He won’t be making her do any stunts – it’s all about Baz giving his mam a Christmas present but he can’t say any more because it’s a big surprise. They’ve already started filming around Dublin!

Dave Grohl says he broke a curfew at a gig in London last month because he knew they could afford the fine.
He told NME magazine he was told he'd have to stop by 11pm or pay up - but he decided to carry on playing.
The concert at the O2 Arena featured a special appearance from Rick Astley - who Dave called "the seventh Foo Fighter".

We don’t know who will feature on this year’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here yet (roll on next month!!) – but we DO know that one person who was dying to take part has been rejected by ITV and that person is Michaella McCollum. ITV do not want to be seen to reward bad behaviour – and she’s not a celebrity. Why would she be celebrated? Also, getting a Visa for Australia as a convicted drugs smuggler would be pretty difficult.
