From Start Up to Established SaaS

On this week's Sunday Business Show Conall was joined by Maria Mahon, Chairperson of Initiafy, a software as a service (Saas) company specialising in contractor management software.

The company was founded in 2012 by Julie Currid and Sean Fennell and has been growing rapidly since then. The US is now the company's largest source of business.

Maria told Conall that the company will be opening a second US office, in Dallas, Texas, in the next few weeks to go along with its New York offices.

Business has been growing for Initiafy, especially in the US where the construction market is huge. The company recently closed deals with Gilbane, Skansa and Lend Lease, some of the largest construction companies in the world, with billions of dollars in annual revenue.

The company has grown by 100% this year and expects the same level of growth for 2018.

Maria also told Conall about the series of free briefings which Initiafy is running this November 7th. The briefing in Dublin will have expert speakers discussing 'The Future of the Hard-Hat Industry'.
