Police say a gunman wearing nothing but a coat went into a restaurant in the US state of Tennessee and killed four people.
The shooting happened at a waffle house on the outskirts of Nashville.
A number of people have also been injured.
In a statement, police said: "A patron wrestled away the gunman's rifle. He was nude and fled on foot."

29-year old Travis Reinking was arrested last year for being in a restricted area near the White House and his firearms authorisation was revoked at the request of the FBI.
Four guns were seized and given to his father - who later gave them back to his son.
