From Co-Worker To Leader

The Sunday Business Show's favorite career psychologist and Founder of A Career To Love, Sinead Brady returned to the show this week to give listeners her advice on how best to handle the transition of a promotion at work.

Sinead discussed the process and shared her top tips on what someone should do when going from a co-worker to a leader.

She noted that the most important thing when leading a group is to "remember that you are dealing with people" and also stated that  a leader should "open a culture of conversation" and "be an individual".
