It is fighting off competition from Green Day's 'American Idiot' ahead of Trump's UK visit

'Three Lions' looks like it might top the UK singles chart this week.

The song was a number one hit 20 years ago and is now enjoying a new lease of life as England progress through the World Cup in Russia.

However, it could have competition from Green Day's 'American Idiot', which is climbing the charts ahead of Donald Trump's visit to the UK this week.

A Twitter account has even been set up to campaign for the song to reach number one.

John Caddell and Claire Beck discussed this in our weekly music slot.

They also looked ahead to Longitude and this week's Dublin gigs from Bruno Mars and Paul Simon.
