As the political row about house building rages on, we spoke to Andy O'Donoghue about how technology could possibly speed up the delivery of much needed houses and apartments in this country.
New technologies have resulted in a greater ability to build quickly, and Andy says this could result in less administration and accelerate the property sector, allowing people to move quicker.
Andy outlines some of the major ways house building is changing, including how modular houses are changing the market through protection from weather conditions and warping, and how the Internet of Things allows houses to be efficiently connected.
