Whatever the case, Natalie Keane, co-founder of Bean and Goose chocolates, is a chocolatier based in Co. Wexford, who along with her sister Karen makes some unbelievably good treats.

She also answered loads of our listener's questions, as they wondered if she ever got sick of the smell of chocolate? Asked if she thinks the quality of commercial products has lowered over the years? And wanted to know what she thought of the 'Tayto Bar'?
And although the chocolatier creates her own artisan produce, she reveals how she still has time for some regular bars, with one variety in particular being her guilty pleasure, "there's always room in my life for a Starbar".
