How do you get your family more active and feeling better without causing chaos and rows? Every family wants to get out and about, go for picnics and eat better but typically find that there's one (or two or three) people who have a different plan.
During lockdown, Rachel Mescall came up with a clever idea to stop the rows once and for all and get the family involved in creating memories.
After studying the WHO guidelines on workplace wellness in college, Rachel decided to come up with a family wellness plan and trial it on her own family.
With just a few simple steps, they've come up with some brilliant ideas from picnics to cycling.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Rachel explained how it works and why it's less about competing with the lycra-clad family down the road and more about finding what works for your family.
