Michael Fennelly had his fair share of success in his career - with 9 Leinster titles,8 All Ireland titles - and a hurler of the year title under his belt, he has given his all to the game. He has just confirmed its time to leave it all behind as he announced his retirement from club hurling on Thursday. We all know sports people can't stay still for long! He is now doing his bit for local charities in Offaly where is the current manager of the senior hurling team.

An online variety show has been organised by the Offaly senior hurling panel in a bid to raise money for two extremely worthwhile charitiesJigsaw Offaly and Offaly Down Syndrome will be the benefactors and as a variety of acts take to stage for what promises to be a night full of entertainment and laughter.
Players from the senior hurling panel will take part on the night taking part in some very creative acts!!
Micheal has revealed he will be transforming into "Martina Turner" for the night - we expect big things here!!
