Ireland captain Katie McCabe has achieved so much at such a young age in her professional career - playing for her national team since 2010 in the U17 group - and In December 2015 she signed for London club Arsenal Ladies.
This month last year she and professional footballer Ruesha Littlejohn publicly announced they are a couple as part of Aviva's Pride campaign.
"It is ok to be you , no matter who you are, we can help people get there with that"
Katie also talked about returning to play with the Irish football team managed by Vera Pauw:
Whats important for us now is to get back match fit , I`m really looking forward to it , we`ve worked really hard to be in this position."
Aviva Stadium is lighting up for Pride this year on Friday 26th through to Sunday 28th June and Aviva are asking people to shine a light from their homes to show their support for the LGBTI+ community at a time when they need it more than ever using the hashtag #LightUp4Pride
