Love is in the air...kinda.
With Valentine's Day upon us, and the recent news of Ireland's sexiest accents being revealed, we married them together and gave three men a call to tell us why their counties topped the votes.
First up we had Eamon Dunphy who gave us his opinion as to why the Dublin accent came third in the poll. He also took the opportunity to recite another love poem for his not-so-secret admiration Wes Hoolahan (he did an amazing one last week too), but Richie Sadlier also has something to say.
To get the Cork perspective, Iano gave our own Matt Cooper a buzz to see why he feels Cork came second in the survey. Matt filled us in on the arousing plans he has for the day of love.
And finally...we hit the north coastline to have a chat with Donegal's greatest export, Daniel O'Donnell. As the land of Tír Chonaill has been chosen as the sexiest of all the Irish accents, who better to represent it than Wee Daniel.
He doesn't sound to animated about it all, but pulls it back with his unique version Mr.White's song...
