What a night at the World Rugby Awards in Monaco!!
Ireland winning Team of the Year, Joe Schmidt taking Coach of the Year and of course, the machine that is Johnny Sexton scooping World Player of the Year - that's some haul.
The Ireland and Leinster fly-half's acceptance speech was just as impressive, with Rory Best having to do it.
Sexton's suffering from a bout of laryngitis, with the only words he could mutter being, "I literally cannot speak properly" and "Thank you, cheers".
Have a look:

So Iano gave the No.10 a call this morning to see if there was any improvement.
He's still speechless, but thankfully, Ronan O'Gara was at hand to express the sentiments of his protégé.
It's all fun and games until someone has to say, "Leinster is my blue bleeding heart".
