Ireland rugby head coach Joe Schmidt has won the Philips Lighting Sports Manager of the Month award for February.
Ireland's favourite New Zealander led the national team to an incredible 12 consecutive wins for the first time in its history, with three wins out of three in the Six Nations Championship.
Those three wins included the dramatic last-minute victory in the game against France in Paris, setting the team on the way to a Grand Slam success which only concluded in March.
Consistency has been the key ingredient to this successful side which has also added a high rate of try scoring to its armoury under Schmidt.
The former Leinster boss won the Philips Manager of the Year award back in 2014 following his first Six Nations Championship win with Ireland.
