Competitions Terms & Conditions

  • Today FM’s decision regarding prize winners will be final, and no correspondence regarding that decision will be entered into.
  • Today FM prizes are non-transferable, and will only be awarded to the prize winner.
  • Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant, i.e. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
  • Today FM will keep prize winner(s) personal details for a reasonable time in order that prizes can be sent to the prize winner(s); rules can be verified to have been complied with and for accounting purposes. Today FM may only pass prize winner(s) details on to our third parties or sponsors for the purpose of delivering the prize.
  • Today FM Competitions are open only to residents of the Republic Of Ireland.
  • For competitions requiring entry by text, the number is 087 4100 102.  Standard network charges apply.
  • Today FM will ensure that all prizes are delivered within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible, the station will notify the winner of a delay.
  • All prize winners have 12 months to claim a prize and if we or our client company do not receive any correspondence (pertaining to their address or other details) in that time period their claim is null and void.
  • When, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize is not available, Today FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
  • From time to time the station may offer a cash alternative to a specific prize, but is under no obligation to do so.
  • Today FM accepts no responsibility for failure due to circumstances beyond our control, to fulfil a competition, which involves a third party but has no specific cash value, e.g. meeting an artist. We will however, on all occasions strive to provide a substitute prize of equal desirability to the winner. Unfortunately, the company cannot accept responsibility if these attempts do not meet a prizewinner’s expectations.
  • In on air competitions, failure to appear on air will unfortunately disqualify an entrant whether this occurs due to operator error or other technical errors.
  • The prizes will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of the supplier of the prize to the Promoter.
  • The Promoter/Today FM shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise caused by acceptance of these terms or in connection with the Prize or the Competition.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter/Today FM reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition without notice.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Any person or persons found to be in disregard of any of the above rules will be disqualified automatically. Today FM reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion
  • For winners selected via Today FM's social media channels Today FM will allow 5 business days for the winner to reply, acknowledging they have won a prize and to provide their personal details.
  • If we do not hear back from the first selected winner within 5 business days Today FM will move to the second winner selected

  • The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
  • At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
  • Economy roundtrip flights from Dublin, Ireland (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Milan, Italy; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
  • A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
  • Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 sharing a quadruple occupancy hotel room in Milan for 3 nights;
  • Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
  • Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
  • The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
  • All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
  • Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
  • All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
  • Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
  • Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
  • All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
  • The prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country
  • Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
  • For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental; if driving license is not fully printed in English an International Driving Permit/ international driver’s license or other paperwork may be required; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car;
  • The minimum age for the supercar experience is 3 years, children have the option to drive, as long as they are over 140cm tall;
  • For the indoor skydiving, the minimum age is 4 years old, the maximum weight is 18 stone and 7lbs; it is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have previously dislocated their shoulder, have neck or back injuries, under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs or wearing a hard cast; The speedboat tour is not wheelchair accessible;
