So you’re sitting down relaxed enjoying your movie and popcorn and then all of a sudden you’re thinking, “Wait! None of this would have happened if they would have just done this or that?”
We're talking about Plot Holes. Those little parts of the movies that the directors just seem to brush over and think we wouldn't take any notice of, but we have. So, here’s a few Plot Holes we’ve thought of and, beware, if you haven't watched these movies we will be spoiling them for you right here!
Titanic
Plot Hole: Jack didn’t have to die.
This one has been discussed a lot with many people saying there was enough room for two on that floating piece of wood. If Rose could have just scooted over just a wee bit more than maybe poor auld Jack could have survived and they could have lived happily ever after!
Obviously the tragic ending was the plot of the movie but as we sit there sobbing for the 27th time we just can help but think WHY could you not have pulled him onto the wood.
The Hangover
Plot Hole: Doug just sat on the roof.
They looked for him for three days. Three days, yet he just stayed on the roof of the hotel.
Yes, he did the whole thing with the mattress and for the first day we can understand he was probably too hungover for life or still drugged out of it, but he could have made a little bit more effort instead of letting the rest of the wolf pack play the guessing game.
Taken
Plot Hole: Nobody cares about the friend.
So Kim went to Paris with her friend and both of them got taken. Obviously Byran’s priority was his daughter we can accept that, but, hello? Kim didn't say a word about her friend at any stage after she was rescued?!
Was the whole experience so traumatic that she just slipped your mind in the process and none of her family were around wondering where she disappeared to?
So many questions unanswered.
Toy Story
Plot Hole: Buzz acts like a toy even though he thinks he’s a space ranger.
When Buzz Lightyear arrives in Andy’s room, he’s convinced that he’s a space ranger, and completely rejects Woody’s insistence that he’s a toy like the rest of them.
So why then, when Andy or any other human walks into the room, does he freeze like all of the rest of the toys? If he was so convinced and adamant that he was a space ranger and not a toy than he shouldn’t have froze?
The Santa Clause
Plot Hole: The parents don't believe in Santa Clause.
If the parents didn't believe in Santa but yet there is a Santa, then where the hell did they think the presents came from?
They spend the whole movie thinking that theres no such thing as Santa, yet, every year there has been a man coming down their chimneys and delivering presents that weren’t bought by them.
