Former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson has had a McLaren 675LT worth a cool £259,000 (€350,000) delivered to his house.The supercar goes from 0-62mph in 2.9 seconds and 0-124mph in 7.9 seconds with an impressive top speed of 205mph.
It is not known if he’s treating himself after signing a deal to present a new show on Amazon Prime or if he is reviewing the McLaren for his motoring column.
Clarkson recently announced that he will be co-hosting the new motoring series with Richard Hammond and James May on the streaming video service.
He said: ‘I feel like I’ve climbed out of a biplane and into a spaceship.’
The new show will reportedly have an eye-watering budget of £160million to spend on 36 episodes over three years meaning each episode will cost just under £4.5million.
