Sony has announced the popular PlayStation classic Crash Bandicoot is set to be remastered and re-released on PS4.

The much-loved franchise returns in 2017, with remakes of the first three games - Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped - for PS4.
The orange Eastern barred bandicoot made his debut in 1996 on the original Playstation.
