It's fair, if not the sure sign of a lazy internet hack, to say that the Ireland of the 80's and 90's was a simpler land. The most desired apple products were the one's baked by your Mam and the closest thing to an electric picnic was getting a shock off a fence while eating sandwiches!
For those of us who grew up in two channel land, we sought sustenance wherever we could scrounge it, so the commercial breaks between the wordy wrestling between Dawson and Pacey were often a source of visual vitamins.
